Welcome to Fort Phoenix
Fort Phoenix is a tale of a fitness company that started from a vision, which progressed into a few bars & bits in a storage cage. The pandemic then reduced it to Zoom sessions, and nearly obliterated the company.
Then, in true Phoenix fashion, the Fort was reborn, seeking survival, ducking & diving from fields to car parks to the Rye, hosting our highly in demand sessions. From the now forever immortalised
RED VAN, we grew to call 'God's Hands'.
The Team then coined the phrase, 'A Fort for the Fort', as we dreamed of one day having our own space to train. A dream that would have been ridiculous, if we didn't have a Coach like Bo at the helm...
