Legs Day does exactly what it says on the tin. Structured around a hypertrophic rep range. We use a zoned floor comprised of compound and isolated exercises/movements that will accentuate the lower body muscle groups. This is more a weights programme session and implements resistance training principles. *For those that are trying to add strength along the way. Atrophy is an enemy of us all.
